Our Management Training program is a two year program to equip you with all of the knowledge and training to run your own profit center. Training is a combination of on the job training where you learn all aspects of our business, mentoring, classroom, and home study. We are looking for people who are self motivated, sales oriented, and geographically flexible.
Must have a bachelors degree, be willing to relocate within the Columbia division, sales and experience not required, but preferred.
Our credit teams serve our profit centers and customers by managing the credit extension and collection process. Our Credit training program is 2-3 years, based on candidates experience level. Trainees work alongside an experienced credit manager learning financial management in electrical distribution. Administering CES credit policy through proficient financial review, collection management, protecting assets, negotiation, problem solving, and utilizing the construct of lien and bond laws.
Requirements: Business related degree, organized, multitasked, excellent verbal, and communication skills.

Our Sales Trainee positions are for inside and outside sales. This is a one to two year program based on experience. Candidates must be outgoing, organized, motivated, and enjoy people. While training you will learn the CES business philosophy, sales and interpersonal skills. Candidates need to be geographically flexible within the Columbia division.
Requirements: Degree preferred but not required if experience is applicable. Must have excellent communication skills.
